Shipping Policy

Processing Your Order
Give us 5 business days to process your order after you buy. Every piece is made to order, so putting it together takes a little extra time on our end. We don't process, ship, or deliver on weekends or holidays. As soon as your order is processed, a confirmation email with tracking details lands in your inbox.

Transit Time
Once processed, orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days, though this shifts with your location and how the carriers are running. Treat these windows as estimates rather than guarantees.

Delays
Delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or anything else outside our control aren't something we can be held responsible for.

Wrong Address
Double-check your shipping address before you complete checkout. If an order goes to an address that was entered incorrectly, that one's out of our hands.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, Ski View isn't responsible for it going missing or being stolen.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We don't offer returns or refunds.
